The program is suitable for children with various developmental challenges or delays in specific areas, as well as for children with learning difficulties, hyperactivity, and attention deficit. There are no age restrictions, as neuroplasticity can be utilized at any stage of development. Each case is considered individually after an assessment by specialists.

The program is implemented by parents at home. Our role is to create the individualized program, train parents on how to apply it correctly, and support them throughout the process.

The time required depends on the individual program and the needs of the child. The exercises are designed to be included in daily life without overburdening the child or family. They are short but have sufficient repetitions, which is the basis for building new neural connections. The program is not executed all at once, but exercises and stimulations can be spread throughout the day depending on the specific dynamics of the family's daily routine.

The assessment is conducted at the "New Steps" Therapeutic Center with the participation of American specialists and the assistance of Bulgarian specialists. It includes observation and evaluation of various aspects of the child's development.

Re-assessment can be done after 4 or 6 months, at the parents' discretion, to monitor progress and update the Program if necessary.

Each child develops at their own pace. The goal of the program is to support neurological development and create conditions for progress, but results are individual and depend on many factors. The most important factor is consistency and regular execution of the exercises.
